Synopsis
With over 20 years of experience in Relational Systems Design and Development, I have a depth and breadth of knowledge which spans significant changes in the products available to the market.
Most of my time has been spent in the Oracle arena using
Oracle RDBMS 5 - 11g, Forms 2.0 - 6i, RPT - Oracle Reports 2.5/6i, and
using and developing Oracle Applications from MPL5 - Rel. 12
I have participated in
a wide variety of business arenas, from MIS to Banking to Tax Collection,
from Statistical Water Sample Analysis to Mobile Phone Repair Recording.
My positions have ranged from pure developer and team player to project manager, team lead and chief architect / designer.
This
longevity and variety provides me with a unique insight into the
methodology used in Oracle's own applications and custom developed
systems, and helps with understanding how and why methods have been
implemented as they have.
